​On the morning of September 22, 2023, at the Golden Lotus Convention and Wedding Center, Dong Nai Province organized a Conference on Implementing Regulations on the Organization and Management of International Conferences, Seminars and Regulations on Issuance of APEC Business Travel Cards (ABTC Cards) in Dong Nai Province in 2023. Attending the Conference were Vice-Chairman of the DPPC Nguyen Son Hung, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Phuong - Deputy Head of Immigration Management Division of Vietnamese citizens, Immigration Department in City in HCM, Ministry of Public Security; Le Van Tu M.A., Department of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and more than 150 delegates representing departments, sectors and enterprises in the province.

Delivering his speech at the opening of the Conference, Vice-Chairman of the DPPC Nguyen Son Hung said that the organization of the Conference on Implementing Regulations on the Organization and Management of International Conferences, Seminars and Regulations on Issuance of APEC Business Travel Cards (ABTC Cards) in Dong Nai Province in 2023 is of very importance to departments, sectors and enterprises in the province. 

At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Phuong, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Phuong - Deputy Head of Immigration Management Division of Vietnamese citizens, Immigration Department in City in HCM, Ministry of Public Security presented content related to the implementation of 09/2023/QD-TTg dated 12 April, 2023 of the Prime Minister on procedures, authority for issuance and management of APEC business travel cards). Le Van Tu M.A.,presented and implemented Decision No. 06/2020/QD-TTg dated February 21, 2020 on organization and management of international conferences and seminars in Vietnam.
