From 4 to 7 October, 2023, a Delegation of the Provincial People's Council led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Thai Bao paid a visit to Gyeongnam Province, Korea.

On the morning of October 24, 2023, at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Tran Trong Toan - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Director of the External Relations Department and representative of the Planning and Investment Department had a meeting with the Delegation of Ministry of the Environment, Japan led by Mr. Hideki Wada - Solid Waste Management Expert - Director of Vietnam Waste Planning Company (VWP).

On the afternoon of October 23, 2023, Dong Nai University received 04 students from Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia to study Vietnamese. This is the second time in this year that students of Kampong Thom Province were received in the province. Attending the reception ceremony were Mr. Le Anh Duc - Principal of Dong Nai University, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations and departments, units of Dong Nai University and students from Kampong Thom.

On the afternoon of October 19, 2023, at the Golden Lotus Convention and Wedding Center, the Provincial Women's Union in collaboration with the Department of External Relations received the Delegation of the Women's Association of Gyeongnam Province, Korea led by its President Park Sun Hee. Receiving the Delegation were Ms. Le Thi Thai - Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union; Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of the Department of External Relations; Mr. Park Sung Jin - Head of Gyeongnam Provincial Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City and 40 female civil servants of the Provincial Women's Union and the Department of External Relations.

From 26 to 28 September, 2023, a Delegation of Dong Nai Provincial Leaders led by Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and representatives of Committees under the Provincial Party Committee and Departments, sectors of Dong Nai Province visited and worked in the Republic of Cuba.

On the morning of September 8, 2023, at the Headquarters of Dong Nai Province People's Committee (DPPC), Vice-Chairman of the DPPC Nguyen Son Hung received the Japan - Vietnam Cuisine Association (JVGA) Delegation and 18 Japanese students led by Mr. Matsuo Tomoyuki - President of JVGA. Attending the meeting were Deputy Director of the External Relations Department Tran Quoc Toan and representatives of Departments and sectors: Agriculture and Rural Development; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Planing and Investment; Dong Nai Industrial Zone Authority and Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations.

On August 31, 2023, the Women’s Intellectual Association of the Department of External Relations held the second Congress, term 2023-2028. Attending the Congress were Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Chairwoman of the Provincial Intellectual Women's Association, members of the Standing Committee and Office of the Provincial Intellectual Women's Association and representatives of Intellectual Women’s Associations of the units and 19 members of the Intellectual Women's Association Department of External Relations.

On the morning of August 28, 2023, at the Headquarters of DPPC, Vice-Chairman of the DPPC Vo Van Phi received the Delegation of the Consulate General of Cuba in Ho Chi Minh City led by Ms. Ariadne Feo Labrada - Consul General. Attending the meeting were Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of the External Relations Department and representatives of relevant departments and sectors.

On the morning of August 28, 2023, at Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Headquarters, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee received Delegation of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Ho Chi Minh City led by Mr. Shin Choong Il – New Consul General paying a courtesy visit to the provincial leaders. Attending the meeting were Acting Chairman of DPPC Vo Tan Duc, Director of the External Relations Department Dang Thanh Thuy and representatives of relevant departments and sectors.

From August 26 to August 28, 2023, Dong Nai Province organized Dong Nai Province's Innovation Startup Festival - Techfest Dong Nai and Dong Nai Province’s Trade, Equipment and Technology Market - Techmart Đồng Nai 2023.
