On the morning of August 16, 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the World Bank in Vietnam jointly organized the Seminar “Global Economic Outlook Update and Implications for Vietnam’s Economic Diplomacy”.

From April 18 to April 22, 2023, Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations Tran Quoc Toan joined the Delegation of officials, doctors and nurses of Dong Nai Province led by Colonel Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command visited, provided free medical examination and medicine to more than 800 disadvantaged people in Kampong Cham and Kampong Thom provinces, Kingdom of Cambodia.

From April 13 to April 16, 2023, a Delegation of Dong Nai Province led by Vice-Chairwoman of the DPPC Nguyen Thi Hoang attended the 12th Vietnam-France Decentralised Cooperation Conference in Hanoi. Participating in the Delegation were leaders of the Departments of External Relations; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Education and Training. The Conference was chaired by the People's Committee of Hanoi, in collaboration with the Association of French localities, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, the Embassy of Vietnam in France, French Embassy in Vietnam.

On January 21, 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an online conference on economic diplomacy serving socio-economic recovery and development in 2022 on Cisco Webex platform. Attending the conference were Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, leaders of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, heads of Vietnamese representative missions abroad, leaders of People's Committees of provinces and cities, leaders of departments of the Foreign Affairs Ministry. On Dong Nai’s end, there were Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Director of Dong Nai DER, representatives of Industry and Trade Department, Planning and Investment Department, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority and Ms. Bui Thi To - Head of the International Cooperation Division, Dong Nai DER.

On December 14-18, 2021, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held the 31st National Diplomatic Conference with the theme "Vietnam's Diplomacy: pioneer, comprehensive, modern, proactive and adaptive, successfully implementing the Resolution by the 13th National Party Congress”. The Conference was held in the online form connecting provinces and cities across the country. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and directed the Conference. On Dong Nai’s end, Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of the Department of External Relations attended the Opening and Plenary sessions on diplomacy for the development of the country.

On the afternoon of August 31, 2021, the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City held a Webinar on Social Security Policies of India and Vietnam.

On August 30, 2021, State Committee on Overseas Vietnamese Affairs coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs, the Department of External Relations of Dong Nai Province and that of Tien Giang Province held webinar under the theme: “Practical experience in treating Covid-19 patients in the United States – Establishing a group of doctors to offer remote advice to F0 in Dong Nai and Tien Giang” with 2 bridge points in Vietnam (including 4 bridge points in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Tien Giang) and overseas experts in the United States. This is the third webinar organized by the State Committee on Overseas Vietnamese with overseas experts in Vietnam.

On the afternoon of August 26, 2021, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Planning and Investment held a webinar on “Fostering investment cooperation between Vietnam and the Middle East: potential, opportunities and new approaches”.

On the afternoon of August 13, 2021, the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City held a webinar “India - An Emerging Global Power and Its Relationship with Vietnam”. This is the first activity in a series of webinars in the areas of India’s socio-cultural, political and economic identity to enhance interaction, engagement and promote mutual understanding between people of India and Vietnam.

On July 29, 2021, the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs held a webinar on guiding to make a Plan to realize the goals laid out by the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) (referred to as Project 161) for the period of 2021-2025.
