On the morning of October 14, 2023, the provincial Union of Friendship Organizations in collaboration with Dong Nai Radio and Television Station organized the 4th Dong Nai Province Friendship Melodies Festival in 2023.

On the morning of October 30, 2023, at the People's Committee of Xuan Dong commune, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, the People's Committee of Cam My district in collaboration with Hysoung Company and Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI) organized the opening ceremony of the Charity Medical Examination Program “Smile from afar”in 2023.

On the morning of September 15, 2023, at Mobifone Dong Nai, the DPPC and the Department of Information Technology and Communications Industry - Ministry of Information and Communications organized the Information Technology Development Workshop “Vietnam International Digital Hub” in Dong Nai Province. Attending the workshop were Vice-Chairman of the DPPC Nguyen Son Hung, leaders of relevant departments and sectors; Mr. Nguyen Thien Nghia, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Information Technology and Communications Industry; representatives of enterprises and investors.

On October 5, 2023, at the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), Dong Nai Province held a Ceremony to award Investment Registration Certificates to 3 foreign projects in the province. Attending the Ceremony were Vice-Chairwoman of the DPPC Nguyen Thi Hoang, leaders of relevant departments, sectors and foreign investors.

On the morning of September 22, 2023, at the Golden Lotus Convention and Wedding Center, Dong Nai Province organized a Conference on Implementing Regulations on the Organization and Management of International Conferences, Seminars and Regulations on Issuance of APEC Business Travel Cards (ABTC Cards) in Dong Nai Province in 2023.

On the morning of September 21, 2023, at the Golden Lotus Convention and Wedding Center, Bien Hoa city, the Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations (DUFO) in coordination with the provincial Vietnam-US Friendship Association organized a Conference on the role of people-to-people diplomacy in the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the United States. Attending the Conference were Ambassador Pham Quang Vinh, Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Former Vietnamese Ambassador to the United States, Chairman of the Vietnam – US Society; Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Training Commission under the provincial Party Committee Pham Tan Linh, Chairman of the DUFO Nguyen Thanh Tri and nearly 300 delegates who are leaders of departments, sectors and members of the provincial friendship associations.

On the afternoon of June 29, 2022, the CPV Designated Representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, the Central Propaganda and Training Commission and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a Conference to thoroughly understand and implement Conclusion No. 12-KL/TW dated August 12, 2021 of the Politburo (term XIII) on overseas Vietnamese work in the new situation and Resolution No. 169-NQ/CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government on continuing to promote overseas Vietnamese work in the 2021-2026 period.

On the afternoon of January 14, 2022, the External Relations Department organized 2021 Government Employees Conference. Attending the Conference were Ms. Le Thi Giang Thao – Deputy Chairwoman of the Provincial Government Employees Trade Union, Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of External Relations Department (DER) and all emloyees of the Department.

On December 4, 2021, the Department of External Relations of Dong Nai and Dong Nai University held the closing ceremony of the Online Refresher Course in English Translation and Interpretation for government employees in Dong Nai Province in 2021. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations, Dr. Le Anh Duc - Rector of Dong Nai University, lecturers and 24 students.

On November 25, 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) to organize the event "Meet Europe 2021: EU – Vietnam Partnership post Covid and 2021 Whitebook Launch”.
