​On February 27, 2024, at the Headquarters of the DPPC, Vice Chairwoman of the DPPC Nguyen Thi Hoang received the Delegation of Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI Kansai), Japan led by Mr. Morishita Tsuyoshi - Director of the Department of International Relations paying a working visit to the province. Attending the meeting were leaders of relevant departments and sectors.

Delivering her speech at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the DPPC Nguyen Thi Hoang said that the cooperation between Dong Nai Province and METI Kansai has achieved positive results. METI Kansai has supported Dong Nai Province in establishing a Coordination Team and has carried out activities to effectively support trade connection for enterprises in Dong Nai Province and Japanese enterprises, contributing to supporting small and medium enterprises of the province in developing supporting industries.

Mr. Morishita Tsuyoshi - Director of International Relations Department, METI Kansai highly appreciated the activities of the Coordination Team, Kansai Desk in Dong Nai Province in recent times and hoped that in the coming time, the activities of the Team will be more effectively with practical activities. At the meeting, the two sides also discussed issues of mutual concern and hoped to re-sign the MoU between the two sides in the coming time.
