​On February 26, 2024, Mr. Yin BunSat - Deputy Head of the Administration Division - Representative of the Kampong Thom Province Government Office, the Kingdom of Cambodia paid a visit to the External Relations Department of Dong Nai Province. Receiving Mr. Yin BunSat were Deputy Director of the External Relations Department Nguyen Viet Thang and leaders of the International Cooperation Division, Department of External Relations.

Delivering his speech at the meeting, Deputy Director of the External Relations Department Nguyen Viet Thang expressed his joy because after Dong Nai Province and Kampong Thom Province re-signed the MoU on January 26, 2024, the Department of External Relations and the Kampong Thom Province Government Office had a opportunity to meet and discuss the implementation of the MoU in 2024.

At the meeting, the two sides exchanged information about the delegation exchange program, the granting of 10 scholarships for students from Kampong Thom Province to study in Dong Nai Province, friendship programs, cultural and sports exchanges, investment cooperation programs and trade promotion between the two localities.
