Delivering his speech at the meeting, Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh expressed his joy in welcoming the Delegation on the occasion of the New year and hoped that in the coming time, Dong Nai Province would continue to connect to move forward with the signing cooperation with Oita Prefecture, Japan to act as a bridge to promote cooperation and attract investment from Japanese enterprises in general and Oita Prefecture enterprises in particular to Dong Nai Province. Besides, Vice Chairwoman of the DPPC Nguyen Thi Hoang introduced an overview of Dong Nai Province and the provincial socio-economic situation and investment attraction in 2023 to the Delegation.

Mr. Katsuhiko Takao - Representative of Tokushukai Group, member of the Delegation of Oita Prefecture, Japan, said that the purpose of the delegation's visit to Dong Nai Province is to discuss the opening of vocational schools to train nurses and midwives,... in Dong Nai Province and hoped to cooperate with Dong Nai Province in the field of high-tech agriculture, specifically the transfer and sharing of experience in growing shiitake mushrooms.
