​On June 30, 2023, at the Department of External Relations, the Delegation of the Government Office of Kampong Thom Province, the Kingdom of Cambodia led by Mr. Mak Bunhong - Chief of the Office paid a visit to the Department of External Relations. Attending the Delegation were Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of the Department, the Board of Directors of the External Relations Department, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Deputy Director of the Agriculture and Rural Development Department, representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade, Lac Hong University, Dong Nai University, Dong Nai University of Technology and Dong Nai Medical College.

At the meeting, the two sides exchanged contents related to the Memorandum of Understanding between the two localities signed on December 22, 2022. The two sides agreed on contents such as: advising the DPPC to support more 05 scholarships every year for students form Kampong Thom Province; Kampong Thom Province will organize an Enterprises Delegation to Dong Nai Province expected in the third quarter of 2023; once a year, a meeting will be held between the Department of External Relations and the Kampong Thom Provincial Government Office…

At the end of the meeting, the Department of External Relations and Kampong Thom Provincial Government Office signed meeting Minutes between the two sides to further consolidate and promote the effective implementation of the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two localities.
