​On June 8, 2023, at the Hall of the Provincial Party Committee, the Department of External Relations in collaboration with the Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the Center for Foreign Affairs and Languages Training (CEFALT) organized a refresher course on knowledge and Diplomatic protocol skills for the Office, Provincial Party Committees and Party Committees at levels under the Provincial Party Committee. Nearly 300 learners attended the course.

At the refresher course, Ambassador Le Quoc Hung - former Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, former Consul General of Vietnam in San Francisco introduced and presented to the learners knowledge and skills in diplomatic communication and diplomatic protocol, updating information on foreign activities.

The topics at the refresher course provided the learners useful knowledge and some necessary skills in foreign affairs, contributing to improving the effectiveness of foreign affairs in the locality.
