​On December 4, 2021, the Department of External Relations of Dong Nai and Dong Nai University held the closing ceremony of the Online Refresher Course in English Translation and Interpretation for government employees in Dong Nai Province in 2021. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations, Dr. Le Anh Duc - Rector of Dong Nai University, lecturers and 24 students.

 

Due to the complicated and unpredictable developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, this year's course was held online. After 9 weeks of studying with many useful activities,language skills training, especially two skills of translating and interpreting, the students practiced English translation and interpretation with the support of teachers who are native speakers of English, English lecturers of the Foreign Languages Faculty of Dong Nai University, translators and interpreters of Dong Nai External Relations Department and professional interpreters from Ho Chi Minh City.

At the end of the course, 24 learners received course completion certificates, among them 4 students were awarded certificates of merit for outstanding achievements.
