On November 25, 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) to organize the event "Meet Europe 2021: EU – Vietnam Partnership post Covid and 2021 Whitebook Launch”.

Attending the event on the Vietnamese side were Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs To Anh Dung; representatives of central ministries, sectors and leaders of 24 localities in Vietnam; on the European Union side were Ambassador Giorgio Aliberti - Head of the European Union Delegation to Vietnam; EuroCham Chairman Alain Cany, Ambassadors, chargé d'affaires and representatives of 15 diplomatic missions of European countries in Vietnam, European enterprises and corporations investing in Vietnam. On Dong Nai's end, attending the event were Vice-chairwoman of the DPPC Nguyen Thi Hoang and representatives of relevant departments and sectors.
The event featured two sessions with the first focusing on policy dialogues to raise responsibility for improving business environment, and the second on connecting European localities and enterprises together post-pandemic with the participation of leaders from Bac Giang, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Khanh Hoa, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa and outstanding European enterprises in Vietnam.
As part of the event, the Launch of the 13th edition of the EuroCham Whitebook and the Ceremony to sign a new Memorandum of Understanding between the Vietnamese Foreign Affairs Ministry and EuroCham were held with the witness of representatives of Vietnamese ministries, sectors and representatives of European diplomatic missions in Vietnam.
