​On the morning of October 19, 2020, at Nguyen Trung Truc Primary School, Hamlet 4, Ta Lai Commune, Tan Phu District, Dong Nai Province, the groundbreaking ceremony of No. 16 Dream School project building 03 classrooms was held. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri - Chairman and Ms. Bui Thi Lieu – Vice-Chairwoman of Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations (DUFO), Mr. Bui Thanh Nam – Vice-Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Phu District; Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations; Mr. Do Huy Khanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Delivering his speech at the Ceremony, Mr. Bui Thanh Nam, Vice-Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Phu District expressed his sincere thanks to the COPION, a Korea organization and provincial departments and sectors for cooperating with COPION to support building 3 classrooms at Nguyen Trung Truc Primary School.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri - Chairman of DUFO  awarded some scholarships to pupils at Nguyen Trung Truc Primary School supported byt AMATA Company and FDI enterprises.
