​On June 24-26, 2020, at the Long Thanh District Culture and Sports Center, the Department of External Relations in coordinatiom with the Center for Foreign Affairs and Languages Training (CEFALT) organized a refresher course in diplomatic skills and knowledge for cadres, civil servants and public employees of Long Thanh and Nhon Trach districts with 142 registered participants.

 

The topics of the course were Communication Skill, Negotiating Skill, Diplomatic Protocal, Presentation Skill and Diplomatic Activities in the province. Doing the teaching for the course were lecturers from CEFALT and leader of the Department of External Relations. 

Delivering his speech at the Closing Ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan – Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations hoped that the course supplied necessary knowledge and skills in foreign affairs for government employees, who were in charge of positions related to foreign affairs.
