​On April 17, 2024, at the Golden Lotus Event Center, the Vietnam - France Friendship Association of Dong Nai Province organized the 2nd Congress of delegates, for the 2024-2029 term. Attending the Congress was Mr. Phan Thanh Binh - Former Member of the Party Central Committee, Former Chairman of the National Assembly Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam - France Friendship and Cooperation Association; Mr. Cao Van Quang - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Mr. Dao Van Phuoc - Head of the Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Son Hung - Vice Chairman of the DPPC and representatives of the provincial departments, sectors.

The Executive Committee for the 2024-2029 term.

Delivering his speech at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the DPPC Nguyen Son Hung highly appreciated the results the Association has achieved in the past term. The Vice Chairman of the DPPC requested the Association's Executive Committee, term II to continue promoting its strengths and promoting foreign information and propaganda work on the solidarity and friendship between the two peoples. The Congress elected the Executive Committee with 19 members and the Inspection Committee with 03 members. Mr. Cao Van Quang - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province was elected as Chairman of the Vietnam - France Friendship Association of Dong Nai for the 2024-2029 term.

On this occasion, the Vietnam - France Friendship and Cooperation Association, the DPPC, and the DUFO rewarded 33 individuals and collectives for their outstanding contributions to the activities of the Provincial Vietnam - France Friendship Association for the 2018-2023 term.
