On the morning of December 4, 2020, Emulation Cluster No. 4 of the Southeast - Central region/Central Highlands held a conference to summarize the emulation and commendation in 2020 and the deployment of mission in 2021 in Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province. Mr. Nguyen Tung Khanh, Director of the Department of External Relations of Gia Lai Province – Head of the Cluster chaired the Conference.
Signing emulation covenants among leaders of Provincial Departments of External Relations
At the conference, there was the attendance of Ambassador Cao Tran Quoc Hai - Deputy Director of Department of Foreign Affairs and leaders of Departments of External Relations of provinces including Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Kon Tum, Lam Dong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Gia Lai, Phu Yen and Foreign Affairs Divisions under Offices of the People's Committees of Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, and Dak Nong provinces.
At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Tung Khanh, Director of the Department of External Relations of Gia Lai Province - Head of the Cluster in 2020 said agencies in Emulation Cluster 4 actively responded to the patriotic emulation movement and the emulation contents organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Agencies and Departments launched many emulation movements associated with the performance of political tasks, building agencies and unions, creating a vibrant emulation movement, contributing to outstanding performance of assigned tasks.
At the Conference, Emulation Cluster No. 4 also agreed to request the Government to award the 2020 Emulation Flag to the Departments of External Relations of Binh Duong Province and Tay Ninh Province, Certificates of Merit issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs to the Department of External Relations of Dong Nai Province.
