On November 27, 2020, the Commission for Foreign Relations of the Central Party Committee organized an online training session on fostering diplomatic knowledge and skills for provinces and cities in the country.
At the main point bridge, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tang – Standing Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Affairs hosted the video training session with the leaders of some units; representatives of 10 localities, including Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Hoa Binh, Nam Dinh, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen andVinh Phuc.
The other point bridges were online meeting rooms of 53 provinces/cities. At the point of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee was Mr. Pham Xuan Ha - Head of the Propaganda Division of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Trang – Leader of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Mr. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of Dong Nai Department of External Relations and representatives of specialized divisions of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial People's Committee Office and the External Relations Department.

At the training session, Mr. Bui Le Thai – Office Head of the Central Party Committee’s Commission for External Affairs instructed the determination of competence and the process of applying for permission to organize international conferences and seminars hosted by the local party committee. Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Director of the Protocol Department instructed a number of contents to implement the Regulation on Party diplomatic protocol issued according to Regulation No. 02-QĐ/TW dated July 18, 2020 by the Secretariat. The local bridges raised many questions for discussion in order to overcome difficulties in the process of implementation.
