​On July 10, 2020, the Department of External Relations of Binh Duong Province held a preliminary review conference on the emulation and commendation in the first half of 2020 of Emulation Cluster No. 4 under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Attending the conference were Ambassador Nguyen Hoang Long - Director General of Department of External Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Mr. Le Phu Hoa - Director of Department of External Relations of Binh Duong Province and representatives of Emulation Cluster No. 4, including 12 Departments of External Relations of provinces including Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Dinh, Binh Phuoc, Dak Lak, Dong Nai, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Phu Yen, Tay Ninh and 03 External Relations Divisions of the Offices of  Provincial People's Committees including Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan and Dak Nong.

At the conference, Mr. Do Le Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations of Gia Lai Province, representing the Head of Emulation Cluster No. 4  gave a preliminary review report on the emulation and commendation movement in the first half of the year and orientations for the second half of 2020. The members in the Emulation Cluster had closely followed the contents of the plan to effectively implement such tasks as: signing the 2020 emulation covenant; responding to patriotic emulation movements launched by the Cluster, striving to achieve many positive results, successfully completing assigned tasks, contributing to socio-economic development of each locality.

In the first half of 2020, the Cluster’s members strictly followed the professional guidance and direction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and regulations related to the coordination mechanism; regularly coordinated well with agencies directly under the Ministry including External Relations Department, Consular Department, National Border Committee, Inspectation, Press and Information Department, Department of Foreign Affairs of HCMC... on business.

Mr. Do Le Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of External Relations of Gia Lai Province, representing the Head of Emulation Cluster No. 4, concluded that the members in the Cluster would effectively implement tasks, solutions for emulation movement and commendation work in the second half of 2020.
