On June 23-25, 2020, at the Guest House 71, the Department of External Relations in coordination with the Center for Foreign Affairs and Languages Training (CEFALT) organized a refresher course in diplomatic skills and knowledge for cadres, civil servants and public employees of departments, sectors and unions of Dong Nai in 2020 with 102 registered participants.

During the 3 days, the presenters introduced practical contents such as Communication Skill, Negotiating Skill, Diplomatic Protocal, Presentation Skill and Diplomatic Activities in the province. Accordingly, the participants were equipped with necessary skills by modern and effective teaching methods.
In addition, learners are also updated with knowledge about the situation in the world and in the region, the relationship of Vietnam with partners; local foreign affairs, external orientations in the next stage.
