At the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan – Deputy Director of Dong Nai External Relations Department cum Director of Dong Nai Foreign Service Center introduced its establishment process and organizational structure; effective operation models as well as sharing experiences in expanding the foreign services of the Center. The Delegation of Binh Duong Foreign Service Center learned from the experience of the Dong Nai Foreign Service Center in translating the Dong Nai portal, consular legalization and consular certification services, providing ABTC card service. Besides, the leaders of the two sides shared cooperation orientations in the coming time.
