​On March 24, 2020, Party cell of Dong Nai Department of External Relations held the 4th Party Cell Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term under the theme of "Solidarity, integration, development, building a clean and strong External Relations Department Party cell".

Attending the Congress were comrade Doan Thi Thu Thuy - Member of Standing Committee, Head of Organization Commission of Party Committee of Provincial Agencies; Comrade Nguyen Tien Dung - Member of Inspection Committee of Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and 19 members of Party cell of External Relations Department.

The Congress approved the draft of Political Report of the Party cell for the term 2015 - 2020 and the Review report of the Party cell executive for the 2015 - 2020 term. In the term of 2015-2020, the 3rd Executive committee for the 2015 - 2020 term had led the Party cell and the External Relations Department to advise the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to well implement the Party Diplomacy, State Diplomacy and People-to-people Diplomacy affairs in the province, actively expanded and strengthened foreign affairs serving international economic integration in the spirit of foreign policy and international integration of the 12th National Congress.

Delivering her speech at the Congress, comrade Doan Thi Thu Thuy - Member of Standing Committee, Head of Organization Commission of Party Committee of Provincial Agencies highly appreciated the achievements of the Executive Committee of the Party cell of External Relations Department for the 2015-2020 term.
