On January 10, 2020, Dong Nai Department of External Relations organized 2019 Government Employees Conference. Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Van Chien - Chairman of Provincial Government Employees Trade Union, Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of Department of External Relations and all leaders, Government employees and loborers of the Department.
At the conference, delegates passed the report on results of implementation of foreign affairs in 2019 and orientations for tasks in 2020; the report on patriotic emulation movement in 2019 and orientations for tasks in 2020; the report on the Department’s Trade Union activities in 2019; the report on revenues and expenses of the Department in 2019; the report on the operation of the Department’s People's Inspection Board in the 7th term (2018 - 2020) and conducting the election of the new one in the 8th term (2020-2022).

The conference also commended groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2019, launching the competition in 2020 and organizing the signing ceremony of a competition covenant among divisions of the Department.

The conference took place with a constructive spirit, in the atmosphere of democracy, openness and successfully ended with the consensus of all Government employees of the Department, generating a power of consolidation promoting the Department of External Relations to successfully fulfill all tasks given in 2020.
